Use the link to make hotel accommodations directly through the Rosen Shingle Creek website. You may also make them by phone through the Reservations Center (866-996-6338).
Block Room Rate:
$149.00 per night (single or double occupancy)
Check-in: After 3:00 pm
Check-out: 11:00 am
Room Block Deadline:
The deadline to make reservations is Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at 5:00 PM.
Cancellation Policy:
Your reservation will be guaranteed with your credit card. A 5-day cancellation policy applies to all reservations. If a reservation is canceled after the 5-day deadline, you will be charged a one-night room and tax penalty to the credit card on file. If a reservation is reduced in length of the stay within the cancellation period, a penalty fee may apply.
Additional Tax and Service Charges:
Rates are subject to 12.5% tax, based on single or double occupancy. State and local taxes are subject to change without notice.
Parking:
All participants will receive a reduced self-parking rate of $10 per day, plus tax. Rosen Shingle Creek offers valet parking for $35 per day, plus tax.
Extended Stay:
The room block rate is available to Conference registrants 2 days prior to and 3 days after the Conference.
